No. The site visit and the quote are free and carry no obligation. We send the fixed quote within 24-48 hours of the visit.
Three things mainly: visit frequency (a holiday rental villa in summer needs weekly attention), the presence of lawn — which demands constant mowing and watering — and the number of palm trees, which require work at height and monitoring for red palm weevil.
To a fixed quote. On annual contracts for communities and hotels the price is set for the full financial year, so the budget line is predictable. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and never carried out without prior approval.
Yes. Much of the cost of pruning at height is travel and rigging the equipment, so grouping several specimens into one visit reduces the price per palm. The same applies when neighbours in one area coordinate the work.
