Hotel gardens in Ibiza

A hotel's garden is part of its product. At Ibicenco boutique hotels and agroturismos the landscaping should breathe the island's Mediterranean spirit: palms, olives, bougainvillea, lavender, rosemary and low-maintenance ground cover. At urban hotels in Ibiza Town or Santa Eulalia we favour planters, green terraces and compact solutions with high visual impact.

We work alongside the management and architecture teams so that the plant palette, the paving and the outdoor lighting become a natural extension of the hotel's identity. Every project is documented with planting plans and a maintenance manual.

Hotel garden maintenance is scheduled outside guest hours, usually at dawn, and coordinated with the hotel's housekeeping and maintenance teams. We work in corporate uniform, with marked vehicles and fast response to urgent incidents (a burst pipe, damaged plants, special events).

We offer annual contracts with weekly or fortnightly visits, seasonal fertilising, winter pruning, an intensive overhaul before high season and replanting plans. For hotels open year-round we match the frequency to the occupancy calendar.

Hotels use a lot of water and watch it closely. We design sectorised Rain Bird systems with Wi-Fi controllers that allow watering to be monitored and adjusted from anywhere. Sectorising by planting type (lawn, trees, planters) together with self-compensating drip aims to reduce consumption. The reference of up to 50% savings is indicative and awaits validation against comparable consumption records; it is neither a measured result nor a guarantee.

We add rain sensors and flow meters to detect leaks in real time, which is especially valuable across large planted areas.
