How often do you visit the garden?+
We adapt visits to each client: weekly in summer for holiday-rental villas, fortnightly for primary residences and monthly for low-maintenance gardens or second homes.
Do you work with holiday-rental villas?+
Yes. We sync maintenance with guest changeovers in high season (May-October) and coordinate with managers such as Prestige Ibiza, Engel & Völkers and local property managers so the garden is always impeccable.
Do you offer annual contracts?+
Yes — we offer annual maintenance contracts with a fixed price, monthly invoicing with VAT and priority response on incidents. Regular visits plus emergencies are included.
Does it include palm tree pruning?+
Palm pruning is quoted separately as it requires height machinery and red-palm-weevil treatment. We handle it in-house with specialised staff.

Yes — we hold full liability insurance, all workers are registered with Social Security and we issue legal invoices with VAT.
What does a typical maintenance visit include?+
A standard visit covers mowing, edge trimming, weeding, hedge and shrub pruning, irrigation check, blow-cleaning of paths and terraces, plus a brief written report. Seasonal tasks (fertilising, treatments, replanting) are scheduled across the year.
Can you maintain the garden while the owner is abroad?+
Yes. Most of our villa clients are non-resident owners. We work with key custody, send monthly photo reports and coordinate with the housekeeper or property manager. No need for the owner to be on the island.
Do you maintain lawns and artificial turf?+
Yes. We mow, scarify, aerate, top-dress and reseed natural lawns, and we brush, disinfect and re-sand artificial turf. We also advise on switching to artificial turf in low-use areas to save water.
Which months are most critical for the garden in Ibiza?+
April–June (preparing the garden for the season), July–August (intensive irrigation and pest control with the heat) and October–November (heavy pruning and winter prep). We adjust the calendar to the Ibiza climate.
Do you handle pool-edge gardening and outdoor terraces?+
Yes. We maintain pool surrounds, chill-out areas, potted plants on terraces and rooftop gardens, including drip irrigation and bespoke plant selection for sun-exposed pots.
Can you replace damaged plants and lawn during the season?+
Yes. We keep a network of local nurseries in Santa Eulària and Sant Josep, so we can source and replant Mediterranean species within days when something gets damaged.
