What makes a garden in Santa Eulalia different
Santa Eulalia holds a large share of the island's holiday-rental villas, and that shapes the calendar more than anything else. The garden is not maintained when it suits us but before each set of guests arrives: from May to October that means a weekly visit, with mowing, edging and waste removal scheduled for the days before check-in.
